Workday Implementation

For this project my company was switching HRIS to Workday and we needed a way to train employees on how to use the new system. During the design session I pushed to use a digital adoption training tool, such as WalkMe, which would be ideal to train learners in the moment. But it was decided that a secondary tool would not be in the budget.

So I was able to adapt to circumstances and design a series of job aids that broke down the information and presented it clearly.
